this is what the pack looks like. fithai has four flavours available which are vanilla , chocolate , cookie and cream, and sea salt caramel ( my personal favourite).

I add about a scoop to a drink of cold water . you can also take it with cold milk.  I have been taking it in the mornings during breakfast and right after workouts which is the best time to take it to benefit fully from it. First of all the taste is amazing! you cant even tell the difference between fithai's tasty whey and a regular smoothie or shake which is one of the reasons why I love it so much. another reason is that it gives me a exceptional amount of energy and is so much better than those energy drinks like red bull or sting which are filled with sugar because unlike them its also helping you in weight loss due to MCT's low glycemic index carbohydrates. some of you who go to the gym already know that even a day off affects your stamina in the  and I took whole 2 months off! when I started again I was out of breath within minutes but since I have been bringing a bottle of fithai's product I really have seen a difference! I mean its literally I win win you get a drink which helps your body with an exceptional taste! 

not only this but you can use fithai's tasty whey in many ways such has in smoothies , cakes and even meals!

two of my favourite recipes are : 

tasty whey smoothie 

for this you ill need:

1. 2 scoops of tasty whey powder (any flavour but I use chocolate or sea salt caramel) 
2. 1-1/2 cups almond or skim milk 
3. 1-1/2 teaspoon coffee
4. 1-2 cups crushed ice

blend it all and I swear its the best smoothie you will ever have in your life! you can add honey to increase the sweetness to your preferred taste 

another one of my favourite is the 2 minute mug cake

for this all you need is:

1.  2 tablespoons of gluten free all purpose flour
2.  2 table spoons cocoa powder
3.  3 table spoons skim/almond milk
4.   2-3 spoons of vegetable oil
5.   3 scoops of tasty whey

you mix it all and then microwave it for about 2-3 minutes and its done! you can add nuts or dark chocolate for topping. not only does it taste amazing but its also a healthy alternative to normal desserts as well!  

I have only been trying it for 2 weeks but I have been seeing small improvements already which is amazing. Another benefit of fithai's tasty whey is that it keeps you full for longer which means non of those random hunger pangs and eating out of boredom! Loose 10 pounds in 3 days?

We all know its easier to put on pounds than to loose them. If you are one of those who have tried endless and tasteless diet without any results , I feel you. I came across this diet called " the military diet" 2 years back. Its a 3 day diet with low calories and diet specially designed to cause a ( not a harmful) reaction in your body to loose weight. And the best part? Its only for 3 days although you can continue it after a 4 day gap.  However some things that you need to consider and keep in mind are that :

1.Every body is different  and you might loose less than 10 pounds , you might loose more than 10 pounds        or you could even loose 20 pounds.  

2.Although this diet is very effective you do need to work hard after it to maintain the results as it mostly sheds water weight and helps with bloating , Its a good fix if you have a special event coming up in less than a week and want to shed some pounds. 

3. You do not need any special ingredients or any high master chef level experience to create the dishes listed in the military diet.

Vegan / vegetarian way:

while the military diet is strict  there are possibilities to personalise it so it suits you individual  food preferences. for a vegetarian fix you can substitute  you can replace the tuna , eggs and meat  with your preferred protein replacement or any of the following : lentils , soya or tofu , Quorn,  Cottage cheese , nuts.

L'OREAL MYTHIC OIL REVIEW

So I recently got this in the mail two weeks back and I was very excited to try it out! this is just one of the products in  loreal's mythic oil collection.

I usually split my hair into 2 sections and use  1 1/2 pump on each section from below ear down after I have towel dried my hair . It  thins out nicely if you warm it up by rubbing in between your palms. The thing I like about this is that it doesn't leave hair greasy or oily after application. Its too soon to judge the long term results but right after application you can notice that it gives your hair a a very good shine and a healthy look as well as that it also helps tame frizzy hair and fly aways perfectly which I love! lastly it leaves your hair feeling soft which is an added bonus.

Spa In a Bottle Review

Hey guys! hope you are doing well sorry I haven't been posting much been very busy! anyways a lot of you messaged me saying you wanted organic skincare products something that is chemical free and works like a charm! so as I was browsing through the internet to try and find products that matched your needs I came across Spainabottlebyrabia. She was kind enough to send me some of her products and let me tell you they are AMAZING.

so here are the 3 main things she sent me :

                                                  1. Skin renewing face scrub

                      this face renewing scrub does what it says! you have to make a paste using either  :

                                                     Water,Milk,Yogurt,Honey or Rose water.

                      I tried once with water and water and then with honey and a little bit of lemon.

                      you are suppose to apply a thick paste and wait for 15 minutes for it to dry and then clean 

                                                               it off using an upward motion.

                           I was very impressed with the results which I got within the first application. It instantly

                           removed any dead skin as well as that made my skin brighter. Will definitely be                                                                                 adding this to my skin care routine! 

                                                       

          

                                                                    2.  24k Gold serum 

                                     As I opened the bottle the first thing that hit me was the smell.

                                                  I just sat their for 2 minutes straight smelling its fragrance.

       It has very orange, tangy smell to it which I love and it instantly makes you feel refreshed!

This is what it looks like ( without the label) With

this serum a little goes a long way! as well as that it keeps

your skin hydrated for a long long time so there is no need for

frequent re application.

   I tried it both and night and morning because 1) I am obsessed

            with the smell and 2) I love how it feels on the skin. I am not a big fan

                of moisturising creams or oil as I don't like how they feel so heavy and feel

                  that my skin cant breath. What I love about this serum is that seeped right into

                  my skin and didn't leave any sort of oily residue behind as well as that was very light

             weight on the skin. I would definitely recommend this! 

3. Magnesium Oil   

This has a very subtle rosy smell it to it which I like!

I sprayed it a bit on my face ( although you are supposed to

spray on the tensed muscle area). I don't know

about the other factors but it did help me sleep better as I am

a very light sleeper and always tossing and turning!

                               All in all I really liked these products as they exactly what they said they did

                        especially the skin brightening scrub. I would definitely recommend that you give it a try if                                         you are in search of inexpensive organic products that does the job.
