Loose 10 pounds in 3 days?

We all know its easier to put on pounds than to loose them. If you are one of those who have tried endless and tasteless diet without any results , I feel you. I came across this diet called " the military diet" 2 years back. Its a 3 day diet with low calories and diet specially designed to cause a ( not a harmful) reaction in your body to loose weight. And the best part? Its only for 3 days although you can continue it after a 4 day gap.  However some things that you need to consider and keep in mind are that :

1.Every body is different  and you might loose less than 10 pounds , you might loose more than 10 pounds        or you could even loose 20 pounds.  

2.Although this diet is very effective you do need to work hard after it to maintain the results as it mostly sheds water weight and helps with bloating , Its a good fix if you have a special event coming up in less than a week and want to shed some pounds. 

3. You do not need any special ingredients or any high master chef level experience to create the dishes listed in the military diet.

Vegan / vegetarian way:

while the military diet is strict  there are possibilities to personalise it so it suits you individual  food preferences. for a vegetarian fix you can substitute  you can replace the tuna , eggs and meat  with your preferred protein replacement or any of the following : lentils , soya or tofu , Quorn,  Cottage cheese , nuts.
