Shirtattoo review

hey guys hope you are all having an amazing winter break! I just love winter as I can get cozy in my large sweatshirts and drink hot chocolate. Speaking of sweat shirts there is another amazing clothing brand online called shirtattoo. they have some very cool T-shirts , hoodies , sweats and varsity jackets .their team was kind enough to send me these two items:

I got it customized from shirtattoo. the material is super soft and comfortable to wear as its made from pure cotton. their printing is really good as well as that it lasts up to 60 washes while others dont last very long and you can see them flaking away with in one wash. 

so Its better for hangouts and night than gym. if you guys are worried about how to straighten the sticker out after wash dont be! simply turn the shirt inside out and iron it gently it will look as good as new! 

Next I got this hoodie. Its made from mixed cotton. I have been wearing it ever since I got it as  I am just in love with the  material and its the perfect thing for these light winters !

                      First I got this akseer hair solution :

Next I took 2 tea spoons of hair fruit mask and mixed it with yogurt

I first oiled her hair with the hair solution then applied the paste

you are supposed to put it in a shower cap and wait for about 5 -10 minutes

Next I washed it off and air dried it. This is the final result : 

 so this was the first try. My hair did feel softer andmore silky.

Tee fit review

Hey guys so as you know its the " wedding season" and every one's hitting the gym to look their best. For me my workout attire is one of the most important part of my workout  session . Its just a motivational factor for some people ( me). the teefit team were kind enough to send me these two fabulous shirts

first thing of the bat they are so comfortable and soft. I wore this to the gym first. I was a bit sceptical at first about the texture of the logos as I though they might come off in the wash. But they stayed right on! I am also very satisfied with the quality of these they are so comfortable!

now as you know in gym you are doing all kinds of exercises from cardio to weight lifting and all. these were very comfortable and fit me perfectly! they didn't stop me from doing any type of exercise and they were super stretchy as well as that they don't cling to your skin and  let your skin breath which is an added bonus!

Loose 10 pounds in 3 days?

We all know its easier to put on pounds than to loose them. If you are one of those who have tried endless and tasteless diet without any results , I feel you. I came across this diet called " the military diet" 2 years back. Its a 3 day diet with low calories and diet specially designed to cause a ( not a harmful) reaction in your body to loose weight. And the best part? Its only for 3 days although you can continue it after a 4 day gap.  However some things that you need to consider and keep in mind are that :

1.Every body is different  and you might loose less than 10 pounds , you might loose more than 10 pounds        or you could even loose 20 pounds.  

2.Although this diet is very effective you do need to work hard after it to maintain the results as it mostly sheds water weight and helps with bloating , Its a good fix if you have a special event coming up in less than a week and want to shed some pounds. 

3. You do not need any special ingredients or any high master chef level experience to create the dishes listed in the military diet.

Vegan / vegetarian way:

while the military diet is strict  there are possibilities to personalise it so it suits you individual  food preferences. for a vegetarian fix you can substitute  you can replace the tuna , eggs and meat  with your preferred protein replacement or any of the following : lentils , soya or tofu , Quorn,  Cottage cheese , nuts.

Hey guys so as you all know that the "wedding season" has started and if you are anything like me you need to start worrying as this past couple of months I have done nothing but eat , binge watch netflix , sleep and repeat. So I have recently started taking my lazy ass back to the gym and have been eating more carefully. Ill be writing about a very surprising diet soon. It was tough to go through it the kind team of Kibocha sent me a wonderful matcha green tea to help me through it ! this is the first thing I have tried which you have to consume on my blog so I was very careful to and took my time to review it properly.

kibocha is made in japan and is made up of powdered green tea leaves.

How to prepare :

to prepare this you heat a cup of water. Add a few drops of hot water to half a tea spoon of match powder

I think it definitely did what it claim to do I took a bottle of matcha green tea with me on the first day of work out and as most of you go the gym know the first 3 days your body is really sore and you cannot move I personally think the only reason I was able to get out of bed was because of this tea as it helped with my soreness and it definitely increased my energy level as on the first My trainer kicked my butt lol and usually I would out on the floor panting like a dog in 20 mins but because of this I was able to keep going and went through the whole cardio session without stopping once! at first I couldn't see it but gradually I did start to see results on skin as well it has cleared up my skin a bit and makes it look fresh as well! Since I have been drinking this I have definitely felt more fresh and energetic not to mention detoxified!  Its become habit of mine to drink it regularly in the evenings at gym or after it.  Its a little to early to judge the weight loss factor  but Ill definitely update you guys on Instagram as I have very good hopes for this matcha !

1. As you all know castor oil is used for regrowth of hair. I emptied a mascara tube 

cleaned it well and filled it with castor oil. I apply it every night on my lashes and eyebrows. 

its only been 2 weeks and I can already see a lot of difference especially in my eyelashes! I would 

definitely recommend getting your hands on this. 

2. Almond oil

2. Next I got this almond oil . I have been using go naturals almond oil after every shower! I just take about   2 table spoons and heat it up then massage it into my scalp gently. This has helped me prevent hair loss to a great extent!

3. Coconut oil

I have been using go naturals coconut with a bit of Vaseline and  I massage it under my eyes
to get smooth skin. It also helps with reducing eye bags! 


4. Peppermint oil

I must say this has been my favourite product after the castor oil in go 

naturals range! I mix a few drops of peppermint oil with a bit of Vaseline and cinnamon

and apply it on my lips. Not only does it moisturise your lips but it also plumps them up nicely!

as well as that the smell is just so refreshing it just wakes you right up!  not only this but I have been applying

it on my pimples ( From eating too much chocolate) and it has helped a lot with them as well! just be sure to not apply it directly near your eye area you could end up with a very bad headache!
