I am always trying new skin care products and can I just say this is by far one of the best face washes I have
ever used. I have extremley dry skin and its hard to find a face wash that doesn't dry your skin out completley. This cucumber extract is really gentle on the skin and you can see results instantly although you need to take your time lathering and massaging it in. I use it on a wet face and massage for 3-4 minutes. This helps instantly brighten my skin and gives you a fresh look without drying your skin out.

 As you guys know I am not a huge fan of moisturizers or creams I still try to include them in my skincare routine as I have dry skin.first of all this cream smells amazing.and although haven't seen any significant changes from this cream yet as I have only been using it for 3 days  it makes a really good primer for some reason! If you are in the market for a chemical free natural cream this is your go to product.

white cat aqua wrinkle mask review

hey guys hope you are well! today I have another brand review for you guys. as we all know that Koreans are famous for their pore less perfectly smooth skin and their skincare especially the masks are the bomb! they are cheap and are extremely effective. 

I recently came across this website called skin18 which is a Korean skincare and cosmetic shop. the main thing I like about this website is its very easy to navigate very affordable and also ships to Pakistan!

 

In the mail I got this white cat spa potion aqua wrinkle mask :

the packaging was very cute. you are supposed to clean your face with a toner and then apply the mask leaving it on for 15-30 minutes. now I am only 18 and I don't have much wrinkles so I tried it on my mom. the mask was very wet and filled with the ingredients stated on the back which is good a thing. I applied the mask on her and left it on for 30 minutes. 

the thing that surprised me the most was that even after 30 minutes the mask was still wet it had not dried up and being the cheap ass that I am I tried the other side ( don't judge me )

 although it didn't work that well for the wrinkle part but it was extremely hydrating and my moms face instantly  looked more healthy as their was a glow and very well hydrated. In terms for the price its only 2.60 USD which means around 250-300 Rupees which is very affordable and you can even get more than 1 use out of it . I would definitely purchase it again but not for the wrinkle just for the hydration. and I think as Ramadan are here are water intake will be very low and this will take a toll on our skin so this mask would be very good thing to invest in!

hey guys I am so sorry for not posting regularly as you know it was exam season! now that I have some free time I am very excited to announce that I am collaborating with fithai.pk to bring you guys amazing recipes which not only taste good but are healthy and are also extremely beneficial for fat loss all thanks to using fithai products! one of their widely used products is their tasty whey protein :

Now before you all go that whey protein is for shredded body builders and all that hear me out first.

this is one of the best dietary sources of protein available which is very essential for weigh loss and many people who have a healthy diet have a good portion of protein in their diet in the form of eggs , fish , cheese , chickens and beans.

muscle mass usually declines with age which leads to fat gain and weaker muscles. For this reason, whey protein is effective for the prevention of age-related muscle loss, as well as for improved strength and a better-looking body.

this is what the pack looks like. fithai has four flavours available which are vanilla , chocolate , cookie and cream, and sea salt caramel ( my personal favourite).

I add about a scoop to a drink of cold water . you can also take it with cold milk.  I have been taking it in the mornings during breakfast and right after workouts which is the best time to take it to benefit fully from it. First of all the taste is amazing! you cant even tell the difference between fithai's tasty whey and a regular smoothie or shake which is one of the reasons why I love it so much. another reason is that it gives me a exceptional amount of energy and is so much better than those energy drinks like red bull or sting which are filled with sugar because unlike them its also helping you in weight loss due to MCT's low glycemic index carbohydrates. some of you who go to the gym already know that even a day off affects your stamina in the  and I took whole 2 months off! when I started again I was out of breath within minutes but since I have been bringing a bottle of fithai's product I really have seen a difference! I mean its literally I win win you get a drink which helps your body with an exceptional taste! 

not only this but you can use fithai's tasty whey in many ways such has in smoothies , cakes and even meals!

two of my favourite recipes are : 

tasty whey smoothie 

for this you ill need:

1. 2 scoops of tasty whey powder (any flavour but I use chocolate or sea salt caramel) 
2. 1-1/2 cups almond or skim milk 
3. 1-1/2 teaspoon coffee
4. 1-2 cups crushed ice

blend it all and I swear its the best smoothie you will ever have in your life! you can add honey to increase the sweetness to your preferred taste 

another one of my favourite is the 2 minute mug cake

for this all you need is:

1.  2 tablespoons of gluten free all purpose flour
2.  2 table spoons cocoa powder
3.  3 table spoons skim/almond milk
4.   2-3 spoons of vegetable oil
5.   3 scoops of tasty whey

you mix it all and then microwave it for about 2-3 minutes and its done! you can add nuts or dark chocolate for topping. not only does it taste amazing but its also a healthy alternative to normal desserts as well!  

I have only been trying it for 2 weeks but I have been seeing small improvements already which is amazing. Another benefit of fithai's tasty whey is that it keeps you full for longer which means non of those random hunger pangs and eating out of boredom! METADERM REVIEW

Hey guys sorry I have been missing in action lately, had a lot going on! Today I wanted to share one of the skincare brands that I have lately been obsessed with. Its called MetaDerm.

what I love most about their products is that they are safe with no synthetic drugs , effective as well as very affordable.

   Foaming face wash: 

This face wash is good for battling dry skin , eczema , Psoriasis. I was very excite to try this one out as I do have dry skin.There is one thing that I would like to point out that it has no smell , or any scents added for appeal purposes which I like because that is how you know they want to keep their products as natural as possible. Within one use you can feel your skin more clean and fresh.  

  Eczema spray: 

Its very refreshing and soothing. I usually use this after the face wash as well as a makeup setting spray. I do not have eczema but it has ingredients that will also help restore your skin health so you can use it anyway even if you don't have eczema or psoriasis for a healthier skin. its been two weeks since I have been using this and I love how it soothes my skin as well as that makes it look so fresh!

Hyper-Moisturizing daily cream:

I have never really been a fan of moisturizing because I don't like the way how they make my face feel so clogged. As I have very dry skin all over and the weather was making it worse to the point where my skin was flaky.I used this on my body and surprisingly enough it was very light weight and didn't leave that sticky residue that most moisturizing creams leave. As well as that one application was enough for the whole day! I have been using it regularly now and

I have already seen a subtle difference in the way my skin feels and looks! 

Eczema Cream:

 My sister suffers from eczema so I gave her this cream to try out. she applies it daily twice, once after the shower and the second time before sleeping. for the first two weeks there was no difference but now slowly its starting to disappear! Ill keep you guys posted how the final result turns out! 


Final thoughts:

I would have to stay I am very impressed with MetaDerm and it delivers what it promises which are quality and results. I would definitely recommend anyone who has psoriasis , eczema , dry skin or even normal skin to give this a try because you wont be disappointed!

hey guys hope you are all having an amazing winter break! I just love winter as I can get cozy in my large sweatshirts and drink hot chocolate. Speaking of sweat shirts there is another amazing clothing brand online called shirtattoo. they have some very cool T-shirts , hoodies , sweats and varsity jackets .their team was kind enough to send me these two items:

I got it customized from shirtattoo. the material is super soft and comfortable to wear as its made from pure cotton. their printing is really good as well as that it lasts up to 60 washes while others dont last very long and you can see them flaking away with in one wash. 

so Its better for hangouts and night than gym. if you guys are worried about how to straighten the sticker out after wash dont be! simply turn the shirt inside out and iron it gently it will look as good as new! 

Next I got this hoodie. Its made from mixed cotton. I have been wearing it ever since I got it as  I am just in love with the  material and its the perfect thing for these light winters !

Next I took 2 tea spoons of hair fruit mask and mixed it with yogurt

I first oiled her hair with the hair solution then applied the paste

Next I washed it off and air dried it. This is the final result : 

 so this was the first try. My hair did feel softer andmore silky.
